Our services include an unbiased cursory inspection of mechanical, electrical and structural systems of your current or future home. We also perform swimming pool/hot tub, lawn sprinkler system, well system, outer building and termite inspections at an additional charge.

During the inspection the inspector will identify and report deficiencies or potential problems. He will also give recommendations, within his scope, as to corrective actions that may be taken. If you’re present, you are encouraged to ask questions so you may have a clear understanding of the inspector’s report.

For existing homes, once the home inspection is complete your report will be available for download within 24 hours via this web site. Your report will includes photos of any major deficiencies and, if requested, a summary page that will explain safety, major and general concerns at an additional charge. Termite inspections are generally mailed, dropped off at the realtor's office or left at the property (contingent on scheduling).
